RE: Ideas for chrome add ons on RKC
Save your $$$ and then do bars, run the wiring inside the bars, chrome the controls, and add stainlesscables. I love my EG, but when I see an RK with that set-up I know what I gave up with the fairing, gauges and radio.
When I chromed my controls, I purchased Custom Chrome from Eastern Performance Cycles for $120 with free shipping when they had a sale. When I added cruise control, I purchased the HD switch housings. The Custom Chrome stuff worked fine and the levers, master cylinder and clutch perch are still on the bike and going strong.

I have the inner primary cover from kuryakyn. I really think the bars are the best way to go too. The only thing I can't decide on is should I do the beach bars off a road king customor Road king reduced reach. The look of the beach barsis what I like looks wise. Thanks Jon

Chrome front end, trim rings (frenched), side covers, oil line covers, voltage regulator cover, jiffy stand cover, switch housing and caps. I like chrome! Every week I get to buy 1 thing for my ride. Then I five my wife the equivalent in cash. I think it is a good deal and keeps us both happy, although she is holding a lot of money!
