Default My start at turning it into a classic.

WO518's, fish tails, and light visors. The solo is a stock RK from a '05 (it's what I could afford). I still need to put on some bag rails and a few more touches.

Thanks, they came in handy when I put the lid organizers in. The 3M tape wasn't very sticky, and I had to through drill them any way to put the screws for the rails back in. They tightened the organizer right up.

I'm also planning on moving the License plate to below the bar and getting the shorter light bar as well.

I'm doing mine in a '61 scheme. Where did you find your paint?

Sweet seat. What seat/Grab rail combo is that? Is the rack an HD part?

John Pierce; He's the go to go for '70's and earlier HD colors.

That's a Corbin seat and rail.

HD did make a grab rail for touring bikes, last year was '95. Won't fit current line ups.

Thanks
We talked to John. We ended up going to Antiquecyclesupply.com and ordering a couple of chips. We'll see......

I found the older HD Solo seat and grab rail on Ebay. It fits my '02 fine. I'm just not real happy with the look.

I really like my Corbin setup and although I didn't do the relocate on the plate, I did put on the short turn signal bar...

The way it looks pre-painted is in my SIG

On a different sub topic here. has anyone taken the original exhaust and cut out the left side to create a old skool looking 2 into 1 right side pipe? I saw a thread in a non-bagger forum but not in the touring forums.
