My issue is, I will eventually buy a Street Glide. If I trade up, I will have to finance the remainder (of what they will give me for my bike)...and I think I should do that now so I will have it paid off before I retire.
Thats my Issue, I've worked so hard paying off these bills for my impending retirement in 2017, My SG Will be paid off end of this year... I'd have to double my payments... Wifes gonna KILL ME!!!!

Probably not enough! I take it in for it's 30k mile maintenance tomorrow. May have to crunch some numbers and see.

I thought about that, but I really love those colors that I posted above. At least in the pics. Will see if they have any on the floor in the morning.

Unfortunately, this may be one of those deals where I have to wait until the 2015s come out and then see if one of these is available. Can get a much better deal with no added on fees then.

Thanks for the comments guys (and lady).

Well a divorce could mean no bike, and you definitely want to be out of debt when you retire.....second job maybe ?????

She'll forget about it once the new bike smell hits her nostrils. That only lasts for so long though of course..

My wife is shoving me out the door to trade my 2009 King in for a new Ultra. But I want out of debt worse than I want a new bike.

Of course that may change one year from now when the new twin cool Road Glide Ultras are the topic of discussion.

Sounds logical to me. Wait a minute, wouldn't that depleat your retirement savings? Oh well, it's worth a try. Maybe she won't catch on until the deal is done.

When your wife walks in the garage, open your arms wide while leaning towards the bike and say "TADAH" 8 DAYS LEFT FELLERS!!

It's better to ask for forgiveness then it is to ask for permission. Good luck.
