Talking 09 FLHTCU Cams

I'm thinking of getting Andrews 48H cams but wanted to see if anyone out there has experiance with them. I have a 2009 FLHTCU, 96", SE Exhaust, SE Big Air kit but everything else stock. I also have the FL-XiED which really do make the motor run about 20 degrees cooler. I've heard these cams are good for a stock motor and just want others to weigh in on the subject.

Thanx, "Gramp's"

I have them and love them in my 96". Much better power than stage 1.

It will work just fine on a 96. Problem is you will need a tuner also as the xied's aren't going to work with a cam change.

I have same basic setup. Runs great. I tuned mine with PV before the cams and again after. There is a big difference in the fuel map with the cams. The engine does want more fuel with these cams. Bike accelerates effortlessly and feels stronger in the rpm ranges we actually run in. Some reversion noise at about 2000 RPM and a little more valve train noise around 3000 than stock. No regrets here.
