Hell, that's quite a testament to how far these bikes have come. When I was a younger man, 25K meant you were rebuilding the top end. A water pump at well over 80K as the only issue, speaks volumes.

I paid $1500 for ESP when I bought the bike. I have had other repairs done that were covered by ESP besides the water pump. Those repairs have included wheel bearings, neck bearings, rocker box gaskets, and the shifter shaft & bushings. As of now, I have more than broken even with the cost of the ESP and I still have over 3 years of coverage remaining.

That worked out well for sure. I've NEVER bought an ESP and have never needed one. Now I hope I didn't just jinx myself LOL!! Seriously, I've never had a problem with my '14...other than the recall stuff.
