Cancel that order and use a long thin flat blade screwdriver to align the tumblers. A second person holding a flashlight would help also. It's not rocket science and once you do it once, your smack yourself in the head for ordering the HD tool.

I made my own tool after having the same problem. Easy to do and cheap...

Due to the holiday you probably have a very good chance to cancel the order.
I would run/call that dealer and cancel the order immediately even if i had to pay a 20% re-stock fee.

I did the same thing with mine when changing out the handlebars. I just played with the OEM lock mechanism, via the videos above, and got everything aligned and working correctly without using the tool. Good luck.
