i never sit on my bike white fueling....they say there is always a chance you can create a spark and ignite. also just for everyones info...you should always make sure the gas nozzle is always touching the metal opening to ground it from sparking....obviously SIDESTAND

its not about outrunning the explosion, its about preventing it....by making sure the nozzle IS in contact with the tank it will prevent the spark ant create one...
And you really think you can outrun the explosion? If there is a spark when you touch the tank, you won't even here the BANG!
