short rider
Hi! all, I am ready for an upgrade. I have 13K miles on my dyna glide and am ready for a street glide model.
I'd like to ask those riders within my specs if any and ask what mods have you done to your street glide for your comfort
Standing just 5'5" tall and 170lbs. 60% solo
thanks
2013superglide custom
16" pullback handle bar
mustang reduced reached seat with backrest
stock height progressive suspension

I'm also 5'5. I had the premium lowering cartridge done to the front before I took delivery. Then I got a lower seat. Specifically mustang wide tripper solo with backrest. I'm still debating on lowering the rear or maybe doing an air ride. Just don't want a rougher ride. I can't get my heels down but i'm getting used to it. Backing up on loose gravel is a bit of a challenge. You can pit higher soles on your boots as well.

I have an '07 with the rear shocks lowered 1 1/2" and the front 1" with the Sundowner seat which lowers me a bit more and I'm 5'6. Even with all this I cannot flat foot it, but I can still handle it OK, unless I try to duck walk it backwards on anything other than a level surface. A narrower or lower seat isn't an option because the wife will not ride on it with any less seat than what I have. I tried a Badlander and after one ride she said never again if I kept that seat.
I love the bike but really wish I had got a Softail instead as I can really get that bike down low, and its somewhat lighter.
