So it must be true - especially if you red it somewhere on the internet!

Almost bought versus Traded, Bought, rode it home, return it the next day and got your ol' bike back. That...Whatever !.

Kinda fishy here,

I'm sure the dealer will resale it as new. There wasn't enough time to transfer title, so in effect it's a new bike that has had a demo ride.

Some have said 'good on the OP'? For what, exactly? Making an impulse buy? Not living up to the contract he signed? And PLEASE, don't give me the 'drunk' defense. That sounds like complete BS to me. I would have had a lot more respect for the guy if he would have said that he just decided that the new bike wasn't for him, and took it back, without describing all the 'circumstances'. No reputable dealer in the country is going to let anyone drive a new bike off their lot if the rider is obviously drunk. IF any of this is true, I think I would avoid that dealership in the future if I were the OP. They're probably not going to be glad to see him come in. 'Hey, I was just drunk, and didn't know what I was doing..here's your bike back'. Yeah, sure. I'd ask him to leave if it were my place. FWIW, I think there is a 72 hour period in which you can return a vehicle, but I'm not sure that 'I didn't like the color, it clashed with my dress' is a valid reason. Maybe it is.

Well guys. I did sign all the paper work, rode the new bike home, 54 mile to be exact. Left my 2012 that I was trading. The salesman gave me at least 3 beers. Dealer name is Theils Wheels, Upper Sandusky Ohio. Little history on me. Been riding almost 30 yrs. my 08 ultra had 87k before I bought the 12. My 12 was purchased in Oct 12. 24k on it. So I'm doing a little bit more than weekend riding. There is a 3 business day resend notice in most all states.

To continue. I can more than afford the new bike. I wasn't drunk, but had a few beers. I assume none of you ever have a beer or 2 while out riding. Feel free to call the dealer, if you need the salesman or sales managers name private message me.
I changed my mind. My 12 FLHTK IS a nice bike, always getting compliments on it. And yes I do ride it. I would of kept the new bike if I could of stripped my 12 of all parts that would have fit. I have 1800 in my exhaust alone on the 12. And as for the new radios on the 14s. They suck compared to what I have now.
