Probably not my place to say, but you need to confirm what these pipes are. If they are the lower cost Classic pipes, you can buy them NEW from FM for $200. If they are the Dyno tuned ones, this may be a decent price (and I'd still be interested in talking).
Also, saying local pickup is restricting you big time. I've bought and sold pipes on line. It's about $25-$40 to ship. Not that big of a deal. Negotiate that in and you can sell to the whole USA.
