yes direct replacement for '09 up, will fit earlier models just need a custom bracket to mount the crossover pipe to the trans and the correct O2 bungs welded on, put one on my '07 ultra.

I am not "sure" it will fit, and suggest a question be asked of someone who knows for sure. I can tell you it came off of my 2015 Ultra, and skooby66 stated it will fit 2009 and up. I will send you a PM if you decide to move forward.

since it was removed from a 2015 touring ... it will fit 2010-2016 touring models... will also fit 2009 but the 02 sensors are a different size and are in a different location ... so not so much for the 2009.....
