I've got a set of basically brand new Cobra Neighbor Haters for sale. These are for the 17-19 Milwaukee 8 touring bikes. These have about 130 miles on them, they are in as-new condition. There is absolutely nothing wrong with them, but they just aren't exactly what I'm looking for on my bike. Cost is $429 + tax from my dealer, I'd like to get $365 + shipping for them.

 

Are they chrome or are they blacked out?
