Like new, but not new. Works as advertised. Bought and installed on 2022 Road Glide Special this week, rode 175 miles, stopped and filled up, and just decided I prefer the OE cap. Packed in the factory packaging as shipped to me. Anything you see in the pictures are reflections. It’s flawless.
