This is the kit needed to replace your "hockey pucks" on your POLICE bags. The two latches are new and never mounted. The metal latches and one spare latch are used. You can have the whole set, plus one spare, for $50.00. The hole will need to be enlarged from 1" to 1-1/8". You can always reinstall the pucks later. The latches operate by pushing down and the button pops up. Twist to open.
