I bought this from a friend or a friend thinking it would fith my '08 SG. Unfortunately it will not. The backplate is for a 58mm throttle body and mine is 50mm. It appears to be in "new" condition. The filter element is spotless. I am not sure what models this will fit so the research is up to you but I'm guessing '08 and later. There are a few missing parts that you canget from the dealer. Here is whats included:
Backplate #29238-08 (fits 58mm throttle body)
Air filter element # ?
Mounting studs (4) #29447-99A
Throttle body gasket # ?
Missing in action parts:
Breather bolts (2) #29267-08 (I think they run about $8 each)
O-rings (3) #11292 (should be able to find them at the local hardware store).
Since there are missing parts, how about $49 shipped to you.

 

It appears the back plate part number fits the SE 58mm throttle body.
