Does this seat have the same height as the stock seat?

 

It sits you a little lower into the bike, and is really comfortable with the backrest...I was surprised how much I liked having a rider backrest, especially on longer days in the saddle.

More than likely I will be getting the C&C Solo w/backrest eventually.

Does the seat move you back any? I need a seat theat will move me back a little from the stock seat and needs to be very comfortable for long rides. Thanks

 

It moves you back and a little lower on/in the bike. This seat is definitely comfortable...I used it for a long trip last year and had absolutely no problem with the seat for long days in the saddle.

Looking at the seat in the pics, the length of the nose, it should be for a FLHT E-glide, Ultra touring. Find out for sure and I will take it. Just need to make sure it will fit my 06 ultra.

It is really a nice seat..
Their(Chuck and Chuey) workman ship is awesome/superb..

 

I concur on the seat being first rate quality! I also have a Corbin Rumble seat which I can throw on if I know I am going to have a passenger.

Here are the requested pics of the seat. I have a call in to C&C Seats to see if they can verify which seat it is...I never really questioned that before since I thought it was supposed to be a little longer in the nose than normal. It fits fine on a FLHX, but now that you guys have pointed it out, it does look like a E-Glide/Ultra seat.

Either way, it is still an outstanding seat that is super comfortable for the long haul, and looks really cool with the custom blade stitching on all seating areas as well as the backrest.

Well I got the seat today and it looks great but does not fit my 06 ultra, the seat will not sit down over the rear fender , it sticks up above the rear mount hole about 1 1/2 iches. I am wondering if this is not for a 2008-11 tour bike. Just my luck.
