I'll email you the fitment details. Should be no problem with the fairing lowers or tour-pak but the rider backrest may be an issue. I think the frame upgrade was in '09, right? If so the backrest and bracket will work.

Hey you guys with Ultras without the fender fill panel: Those billet saddlebag mount bracket trim looked sick on there. 91777-02. They cover that ugly bracket with a big slug of chrome. Someone should avail themselves of that bit of bling.
