Sheared bolt

Sheared bolt
During the 5,000 service, my dealer found a "Critical Fastener" sheared. The Stabilizer Dampner mount on the head sheared. He was very busy, so he asked if I could bring it in early one morning. He said it may take an hour or serveral. Worse case is he would have to replace the head. I do now notice it at high speeds.
Check yours out.
PS, he only charged $275 with syn 3

This is a common thing on the Triglide, my dad has had it happen more than once on his 09.

Never had a problem on my 2011 TG, but on my 2014 I had one of those bolts fall out.
Fortunately it did not mess up the threads. It is now in there with a lock washer.
I still check both of those bolts regularly now...in fact, I just took a look at them this morning.
Glad you got your fixed without having to replace the head.
