Tri-Glide 2012, Voltage Reg. replaced!
I went to replace the stock harley reg. with an Cycle Electric
regulator. I ordered what I thought was the rite one, CE-608.
After taking the old reg. off, the new just did not look right.
I called Cycle Electric, wrong Part # said I need CE-608-TG.
They are sending some sort of brace with the correct screws.
Nothing can be simple anymore...always something.
The cycle electric reg. stops charging the battery once the
battery is fully charged, where the Harley reg. charges 100%
of the time and sends excess to ground. Most likely why they
are always burning up. We will see?............tenn.vol.
