I placed my order on d\December 28 and still do not have the lift! First excuse was problem with manufacturing. Saw ad on FACQEBOOK (yuck) for a sale on their products. I responded with how can you sell if you can't deliver? Next email was should be shipping out to you week of 21. No communication regarding this even though tracking number was promised. Heck if I had known I was going to be playing games with them I could have bought a used one off our forum and saved money

Needless to say not a happy camper

 

I bought one about six months ago . Its ok . I would not buy another one . One thing I really don't like about it is that you have to get down on your hands and knees to lower the bike /trike . Also handle flexes .

 

My riding partner just got his Tri-Glide a couple of weeks ago and I'm pretty sure that he told me that he was ordering a J&S jack.
I'll see him tomorrow and IF I can remember I'll be nosey and ask!

 

Was thinking about it. Now I think I'll make due without

I have a lift store bike on it great for working on and cleaning

 

Just got the email that it was shipped should get with the week

 

Finally got an email with shipping info today as well, ordered mine in Feb, had the same responses, out of 12 ton jacks, trouble in paint, missing parts.

Should see it by Friday.

 

Hate to hear of their problems. Always thought their stuff was as good as it comes.

 

It could have been supply problem. But, I personally have no complaints. The product is of good quality. I rather have the quality than just ship out what we have attitude. I ordered mine just before Christmas last year and received it as promised 3 weeks later to the day.
