Actually, I have thought of that for a two wheeler. My legs are more than adequate but last year I saw two people pulling into out hotel. They were trying to back their Ultras in. They were a husband/wife team and I doubt either was over 5'7" with the wife even shorter.
I watched them tippy-toe their bikes backward and both of them tipped over. From the looks of their fairings and saddlebags, I'd say this was a "normal" occurrence. We talked for awhile and they said the only problem is when backing up. Since electric reverse is only walking speed, I don't think a reverse on a 2 wheeler is out of the question.
