Tri-Glide Issues-2014 Trikes And Newer Rushmore Trikes
#242
tIP reset: "Upright the vehicle." Duh. "Cycle ignition on and off and back, see if it comes up again." But you probably tried that.
So the part is called the Bank Angle Sensor (BAS) and it's behind the battery. It's an accelerometer. Just a small box with wires going to it that doesn't appear to do anything. But it cancels your turn signals after a turn and looks to see if the trike is upside-down.
If it petty much looks OK and the connector isn't corroded, first I'd give it a little whack and see if that helps. If the fasteners have loosened and it's at an angle, put it back and make sure it is square to the frame. Otherwise it will probably need to be replaced. Apparently the fastener length is important according to the manual, just keep the ones that have been in there for four years.
