Default Tough Powervision

So today I was out on my TG and I found a road that I hadn't been on with the trike. As I was going along there was a "dip" in the road that was so bad the rear of the trike bounced the rear off the pavement. Wasn't really that fast so I never had a issue with control but when the rear landed it shook my Powervision out of it's bracket.
So here I am trying to find a place to pull off the road while the Powervision is dangling by the cord. Finally the plug lets go and the PV bounces off the rear fender and across the road. I get off the road and it is laying back in the middle of road.
I go walking back and pick it up and it looks okay so I carry it up and plug it back in not expecting it to work and it powers up and goes right back to my screen.
Hats off to the folks at Dynojet, that' on tough little device.

Sounds like you need a better holder for the PV. Glad it is still working for you.

You wouldn't believe the bump in the road I hit. It looked like a patch over a drain but it was actually sunk in. Like I had said the rear of the TG got up in the air. I expected damage to the TG but everything appears to be fine. I had been up this road three years ago in the truck but this was new.

No damage to the rear fender where the PV hit it? Lucky!

Bummer. That's why I attached to tether to mine so it doesn't do that. What mount are you using?

I recently purchased the mounting clip from Dynojet. It cost more than it should, but it really seems to grip the PV3 very well.

Heavymetal, It's the mount and visor that came with it. I'm not faulting the mount it was a heck of a bounce.
