Vance and Hines makes the Deluxe muffler just for Trikes. Has a nice mellow sound without being window breaking noise. They also mount different and put the muffler up higher for more clearence!!!

Pretty much any muffler which will fit a 2 wheel touring bike will fit the Triglide. The only ones which may give fitment issues are ones that are larger than 4" in diameter.

I have the V&H Deluxe and the sound is about perfect. A little more volume than I was hoping for and the extra clearance is a plus.

I just ordered a set of Vance and Hines Deluxe mufflers to replace my Twin Slash Rounds. Tired of the noise at cruise. Anyone know if I've got to pull the body to mount these. I took a quick look and the rear bolts do not look too accessible for removal.

I had mine installed before I picked the new TG up. I do know some were shipped with the wrong mounting brackets. My dealer had problems installing until they received the correct part.

I had the dealer do the head pipes, mufflers, AC and cams. Hopefully when the Deluxe mufflers show up on Thursday and I get the trike on the ramps it won't be as tough as it looks. The rubber spacers looks like the problem area for access to the rear mounting bolts.

This could be a six packer...
