We regularly get reports of 15*-20* drops in oil temps from Customers.

Most put a smaller horn in-between the downtubes.
This is the traditional location, as HD uses, for bikes that don't have a cowbell horn.
Some folks put their cowbell horn there...we don't recommend that. If you hit a big enough bump, the forks will compress enough for the cowbell horn to dent the fender.
