Have a like new 50300030 luggage rack but not sure if it would fit your bike.
Chrome $70 shipped, lower 48.

 

Not sure if it could be made to work or not. According to Harley's site it doesn't work but of course we know they're always right. Yours and the one stated for the Breakout are the identical dimensions so seems like it could be made to fit. Do you have pictures of the mounting of yours?

Do you still need it? I have one that is black. attached to a sissy bar, that I used on a 2014 breakout three times.
