I am a pcb, not a RUB...Poor Country Biker! lol Have a 99 ultraclassic and think the ecm is bad...output reference voltage to sensors is less than 1 volt, instead of 5v. Intermittent code of TPS, but replaced, and that's when found the reference voltage low. Have eliminated everything else, so pretty sure ECM is problem. BUT...I can't afford a replacement from the dealer...so asking here if anyone would have a decent used working ECM they could part with cheap? I really appreciate the community and hope someone out there can help me out...

Well, surprised no replies, but heh, it's all good! After more diagnosis I have found a faulty ecm relay! So won't be needing ecm after all!
