I also posted looking for assistance with a replacing of a fuel pressure regulator on my '01 Road King Classic. I haven't been lucky enough to find a forum regarding my year or older. The only ones I've seen are for the newer were the regulator is contained in the gas tank with the fuel filter and sending unit.

Need some help...have a 2007 Streetglide with two problems. First problem...after riding for a while (bike good and warm) when go to stop a red-light it does a fast idle, sometimes as much as 2000rpms. Second problem...out of the blue it want idle, dies every time I back off the throttle until I shut it down. I can't find anybody that can fix it.
