Hello, been on the search for the best white wall in a 120/70/21. Started with an Avon AV71 it's a nice tire but didn't match the metzeler 888 rear I had. Then metzeler introduced their 21 www so I picked it up, but seemed like the white wall was thinner. Well my buddy just picked up a 21x3.5 and had a shinko 777 white wall installed and it's white wall is big and bright! Here's the thing, I wanted the biggest white wall I can get for that classic look. So here is the scoop, Avon has a 5/8" white wall, metzeler has a 3/8" and shinko has a 3/4" white wall, I haven't seen a vee rubber in person so I don't know about that tire.
