What made you go with the 140/90 instead of the 140/85 like Shovelhead Bob suggested? Just picked up a '91 Heritage Softail Classic and am looking to do the same slightly wider rear tire idea. Cheers!
Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. The answer to your question is that this thread is ten years old and back then the availability of tyres of that size was limited. On the other hand, the 140/90 was available from the likes of Avon, a favourite aftermarket brand for Harley owners, including me.
