i want to put a 21x2.15 front wheel on my 2011 flstn deluxe but not sure what wheel will fit ive heard of people putting a 21x2.15 off an fxst on a 2007 deluxe ...will it work on mine

 

This is a 21 x 2.15 wheel off a 2009 Nightrain I put on my 2010 Deluxe.As long as you get a wheel from a 2007 Later (25mm) bearings it should bolt right up.There is one exception .I did a whole thread on this .It should provide you with some good reading.I don't know how to attach a link but let me see if I can figure it out.

I saw your pics of the narrower size wheel, and was curious if a 21x2.15 is too skinny for a street glide front ? I can get a 2.15, 3, or 3.5 - Im worried the tire/wheel will be funny looking on a touring bike, cause its already big. Im leaning toward the 21x3 - which I will still have the ride, and not compromise the feel, by running a skinny tire. Its only .5" less than stock, but I think the spokes look a little better on narrow wheels.. Could be an optical illusion Thanks alot !!

 

How's it ride with the 21"x2.15" tire. Do you wish you went with a 21"x3.5.
