Default Need Help with 2009 FLHTC front brakes

I noticed the last couple of week that in the morning the front brakeswere getting hard to pull in the morning. I live in FL so it's not too cold above 50. It also seems slow to engage the brakes. It's been getting worse and getting more difficult to break. I took off the front calipers and made sure the pistons looked good and they do. I was even hard to squeeze the lever to bleed the front brakes. It does have ABS on it. I'm not sure what to check next. Any Ideas on how to diagnose the problem?
