I have a 2007 softail Nightrain with a 21" front wheel. I am looking at getting a 23" spoke wheel. The 23" only comes in 3.5" wide. Mine is 2.15" wide. So my question is will that fit and if so is there anything I need to do? Also my axle is 3/4", the 23" is a 1" axle. How hard will it be to convert from 3/4" to 1"?

 

I have a FXST and doing the same thing. 23x3.5 should fit fine but your stock fender wont fit the 23. You might want to check out the Night Train Picture Thread.

There's a bunch of people on there who run the 23 with no issues.
