Lots of complaints in other threads about not being able to get the old baffles out, needing a slide hammer, etc. I used a pair of duckbill pliers to grab onto a fin inside the old baffle. Instead of pulling (which would put pressure on one side of the baffle and make it want to stay in place) I twisted the pliers, and kept twisting back and forth until the baffle slid out.
