Update. I pulled the horn, flipped it and roughly 2 tablespoons of water came out. It works like a champ again. Like stated above, on occasion some asshat will be in the middle of an important text after the light turns green, a blast from the horn, there head pops up and it’s off to the races again. Also works great for getting deer off the road and rounding up errant wife’s shopping at roadside bazaars.
