This is bikes outer cam tensioner pad, 16 years old and 15.000 miles on it. I would say about 1 mm3 of material has left it. I hope it was picked up by one of the oil filters through the years, so it is not hiding in the oil pan waiting to destroy the new Feuling oil pump at the coming start up.
