I have done my bikes for years solo and on my table lift. This is using two scissor jacks. I lower the lift when waiting for the new tires to get mounted to the wheels. You could do it this way if you have the jacks. If not, I would get the steel bike jack from Harbor Freight or one like it. Follow the instructions that have been posted here and it's actually a simple job. Getting the right side slip on off is the hardest part. As mentioned, follow the service manual for TQ specs etc.
