Tiger Explorer. The panniers come off in seconds, adjustable windshield, 140hp, 135 tq. Will pull a wheelie through 4th, 50mpg, and comfortable if you are tall. Only limitation is if you are vertically challenged it may be too big for you. Definitely not a beginner bike but you seem to have the experience.
