Yes the part on the left has two small fasteners (included) that thread into the bottom of the top tree. The part on the right mounts under the headlight with the Headlight bolt going through it. If your tree doesn't have threaded holes for the two screws, you could very easily drill and tap them yourself. Hope that helps
