Hwy 178 had a ROAD CLOSED sign way back by the 127, but I wanted to investigate since ROAD CLOSED doesn't mean the same thing for motorcycles. While I was waiting there some young rabbelrouser in a white truck came up thru the closed section and gave me some good info about why it's closed.
