I just got this and I wanted to pass it along. Drag Specialties makes this frame and they say its for a '97-99 FLSTS. It fits perfect on the license plate mount on my '07 Deluxe! Part number DS-720134 in case anyone out there is interested.

Real nice, just got pesonal plates in mail yesterday, and going to look for layback frame today. no need to look.

Thats pretty trick but I wouldn't call it a frame. I think its a bracket or mounting bracket.

You're right, its not a frame. This one does have a small raised lip around the tag. DS has another cheaper model that is only a flat mount. I didnt want a big frame because I like the HD Skull mounting bolts!

 

whose part number is that? I tried Harley and it wasn't theirs. looks nice by tthe way.
