As of a few days ago, according to the Southern California Timing Association and the American Motorcycle Association, the groups that are responsible for the Bonneville Speed Week, due to heavy summer rains, the events have been cancelled for the year.

We’ve all been there, you park your motorcycle for a little bit, leave and then come back and for some reason the bike is now on its side on the ground. There’s no note, no apology, just a car sized dent in your tank and a bunch of scratches.

It seems to me the weekends are arriving faster and ending even quicker. Thankfully there is Friday Funnies to help us through.
