Doug Danger Jumps 22 Cars

With Sturgis over let’s take a brief look at 2015 and the indomitable Doug Danger. He jumped 22 cars on Evel’s own Harley Davidson XR750.

“At five years old, Doug Senecal had a dream to become a world champion motorcycle jumper.

With this dream in mind, he begged his parents all year for a bicycle.   On Christmas morning, that year, what appeared under the tree, was his first bicycle.    That was the start of his career as a jumper.

Within a few years, Doug was building ramps and jumping over whatever he could find…picnic tables, people, trashcans and yes, even cars.   Quickly his passion became to be on his bike.

At the age of 12, Doug got his first dirt bike.   Now he could jump further, higher and greater distances.  He looked for, and found, bigger and more dangerous things to jump.  The adrenalin rush, fear and feeling of pure exhilaration let him know that he was on the right track.

At 17 Doug did first professional jump.   Since then he has gone on to break local records, world records, achieve the Triple Crown of Motorcycle Jumping and most importantly, conquer the personal records he set for himself.” (From DougDanger.com)
