RE: Difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 download
I bought my RK Classic used. The bike has S&S 510 gears and a K&N Filter, it also came with Vance and Hines true duals with SE slip-ons. I put a Thunderheard 2 into 1 pipe and want to install a PC III but am not sure if the previous owner installed a Stage 1 or Stage 2 download. Can I use a PC III or do I have to use a SERT?

I thought about the SERT but it is to expensive for me right now. I am going to buy my PCIII from www.fuelmotousa.com. I don't know what I would do without this forum! Is there any other advice I need to know before I make my purchase? Thanks in advance!

Here's the solution: go to the stealer and have them set your ECM back to stock. Get a PCIII from Fuel/Moto and speak with Jamie. I'm sure that's what he would recommend. That's what he told me to do.
