Default 2011 Dyna Fat bob with Procharger 107 Threshold engine stage 1

Here is a pic of the dyna we just did and now on my dyno for break in.
This our stage 1 107 blower...
It will make 165 hp. all and right around 140 tq. Not bad on a small light bike. It has more go but customer asked not to go there yet.

DBW Blower Port CNC heads
DBW 550 blower cams
DBW SCS-2:1 pipe
DBW Crank is done with H-Beam rods. weld etc.
69 lbs injectors.
REV PEF 107 cyinders and pistons.
Procharger 10 PSI boost

Question: Does a port job make that much difference on a Blower engine? I can understand on a normally aspirated engine you want to fill the jugs as much as possible so its bloody critical, BUT surely a Blower engine does not have any problem filling the cylinders given that your pushing the mixture into the engine under pressure.

It would stand to reason that if airflow can be optimized then it will only make the blowers job easier and more efficient. Just a guess.

More in more out more power. And yes it makes it worth every penny.
