Why are you limiting yourself to 9.5:1?? Not want to use compression releases? You're pretty much shooting yourself in the foot especially when you're already displacement limited. Corrected compression is more important than static. You should set compression to cam choice. I like the corrected compression around 9.5. Nothing wrong with going 10:1-10.2 static with any of the cams you're considering.
