Default New noise

A couple of days ago I noticed a new noise on my 2005 Super Glide. The best way I can explain it is it sort of sounds like I have a playing card stuck in the spokes on the rear wheel. I only hear it at speeds over 15 mph. I jacked up the rear of the bike and turned the rear wheel by hand. The sound appears to be coming more from the belt or finial drive pulley. I can't zero in on it. The dealership told me over the phone it could be a wheel bearing. But I don't think it is coming from the wheel now that I have jacked it up and spun the wheel by hand. Anyone have any suggestions?

TIA,
Kevin

I have done some further investigation. My bike is make the noise even sitting still. Not as loud but the same sound. I believe it is coming from the exhaust. Could the exhaust be making this noise? What would cause it?

If it's a sort of "whap-whap-whap" that you hear with each power stroke, it could be an exhaust leak. Are the exhaust stud nuts all present and torqued?

+1 on the exhaust leaks, if can find some incense sticks light one up and see what happens with the smoke when you hold it near the exhaust and while its revved a little.

The studs are there and are tight. I haven't torqued them but they are tight. Could the gaskets need to be replaced?
