Passenger Foot Peg Help!!

Passenger Foot Peg Help!!
I have a 2015 street Bob with V&H 2into1 Big Radius I recently tried to add passenger foot pegs and they won't clear the exhaust. I pulled out the directions and started reading the dealer installed the exhaust before I brought it home but as I looked it should have come with a spacer after calling V&H they don't supply the spacer any more because the mount for the peg where it attaches to the swing arm will hit the fender. Does anyone have any suggestions or been through this....
Thanks

Without seeing what you're up against can only guess.
So, where does your peg or spacer hit the fender?
Would it hit in the front as in all the time period, or only when the swing arm is pushed up ex: hitting a bump? If it hits all the time there's probably not a whole lot you can do, maybe look around for a set of pegs that have longer arms and higher lift.
Otherwise ... make some sort of spacer.
If you have enough room to lift the peg clear of the exhaust without it hitting the fender on bumps you just need to make a spacer with two through holes. Here's an example what they sell for floorboards. It won't work for the rear peg but at least an example of lifting straight up. And you can see the extended length of the bolt. https://www.denniskirk.com/vance-and...rd/4901122.sku
If you can't lift it enough to clear without moving outboard you're going to have to bolt something to the swing arm that has two sets of holes, one through and one threaded to lift the peg up and move it out away from the fender. The through holes will be to mount it to the swing arm and threaded holes will be to hold the peg.

If memory serves, the Big Radius 2-1 has always posed a clearance issue for passenger pegs, and not just on Dynas. For me, that design issue and the fact that they don't offer the spacer anymore is unacceptable, and would be sufficient reason for me to switch to a different pipe.
Best I can suggest is you find a metal guy who can build you a one-off spacer for each side. Sounds expensive...I'd still switch pipes.

The issue I see is that if you need a really thick spacer to clear the exhaust, it could raise your passenger's foot position to an uncomfortable height...depends how tall they are.
Unfortunately that exhaust is just unforgiving for clearance in the area of the rear swingarm. Exhaust are expensive sure, but maybe you could recoup some of your losses by selling the Big Radius.
Good luck.
