I removed the 32t trans sprocket today. Harley does not want the sprocket coming loose. I could not torque the 2 1/4 bolt off, I was watching the breaker bar flexing hard. I ended up cutting the nut down, then chiseling it loose.

24/55 chain conversion, not for the faint at heart for removing that trans sprocket, whether chain or 30 t belt.

10 bucks for a new trans nut, that's my suggestion, unless your one badass that can remove it properly, didn't jack the threads on the trans either.

Using the Jim's socket trans tool, and the fake sprocket holder.

Make sure you don't lose any primary dowels on the ground. They fall out of the back of the primary easily.

The starter dowels fell off immediately, yeah, tested it out, revs up real quick compared to the stock gearing.

.875 spacer on flat sprocket. .500 front sprocket.
