I have been told by a shop owner I trust a few years ago that with an 18" rim you can get a 180 on an 05 Dyna.
You have to mod the fender, planish the lips, and use T-nuts for the strut bolts, but I am told it can be done.
I run a 160 on my 05, I made my own spacers to be able to align the wheel and keep good spacing from the belt. I planished my fender and use the t-nuts, and have about 3/8" clearance on each side.
